Any item returned or exchanged to us must comply with our policy, if falls outside of our stated policy will not be entertained.
– All items returned requests or enquires must be made within 7 days after the item is received.
– The returned items must be in original packaging, tags, taps, unwashed & unaltered.
– Shipping fee for sending back the returned items shall be borne by customer except it’s a direct fault from our sides includes:
1) We delivered wrong item(s)
2) We delivered damaged item(s)
• Items that are terribly damage or stained
• If the quality, design, and size of item are far from customer’s expectation, exchange of item is allowed with other designs subject to the return and replacement shipping fee will be borne by customer
• Any exchange of item is subject to the same design and colour – subject to availability of item in stock. If item to be exchanged with is/are not in stock, Marzea will not accept exchange of item.
• If customer received a damaged item and request for a different product as replacement, the return and replacement shipping fee will be borne by customer
• If higher price item is selected as replacement for a returned item, the remaining top up has to be paid by customer. Otherwise, if lower price item is selected, the balance will be returned back to customer
• Marzea has full right to reject any returned goods that does not meet the said condition
• Refunds only comply to customers whose packages are returned to Marzea’s address
• Refunds returned are not inclusive of postage fee
• Marzea has full right to not fulfill refund if products are not returned
